So how can recruiters ensure they are hiring the right people?

  1. Communicating your why

It starts with first, understanding your why, and secondly, communicating that why. Every decision we make is a piece of communication. It’s our way of saying who we are and what we believe.

2. Authenticity matters

When hiring someone, you are responsible for ensuring your symbols are authentic, because you are responsible for letting people into your team.

3. Make decisions

This is why you have to say and do the things you actually believe. Because the things you say and do are symbols of who you are. We look for those symbols so we can find people who believe what we believe. Putting out false symbols will not help you find the people you want and can trust.

Be authentic, and the right people will come.
